Stoneware marks

Salt-glazed and Bristol-glazed crocks, jugs, churns and water coolers. Their marks were pressed into the wet clay, stamped in ink or stenciled on in cobalt, and the method alone can narrow the date. Search by the pottery name, the town, or the capacity number and symbol you can see.
